Privacy policy
This policy explains how Haselpin handles the information you provide when you contact us through this website.
What we collect
If you submit a data brief, we receive your name, work email, organisation, a description of your data requirement and intended use, and any optional details you choose to add, such as industry, scope, budget or timing.
If you enquire as a data owner, we receive your name, work email, organisation, industry, a high-level description of the data your organisation holds, any optional details about its history or volume, and whether you have authority to explore licensing.
Please don't include raw data, personal data about others or confidential records in an enquiry. The forms are designed for high-level information only.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential sourcing or licensing opportunity with you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
Submitting an enquiry does not authorise any sharing of data between organisations and does not commit either party to a transaction.
How it is delivered
Enquiries are delivered to us by email using a third-party email delivery service, which processes the message on our behalf in order to send it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us by replying to our correspondence. Under UK data protection law you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
